"Hôtel was nice looking and clean,room was clean but could do with a little work in the bathroom.Had a few drinks at the bar and food in the restaurant and everything was lovely."

"Stayed in a Spa Suite, which was disappointing. Came with a Jacuzzi, Plunge & Sauna, which were all in a rear Courtyard. The rear Courtyard was covered in bird poo, so walking to either the Jacuzzi, Plunge or Sauna was like playing Twister! Outside seating cushions were either damp, mouldy or covered in bird poo! It’s clear that external housekeeping is lacking as are any form of spot checks by management. Cobwebs & leaves galore too! Some furniture needs renewing such as the Egg Seat in the rear Courtyard, which was very rusty & staining the patio. The actual Spa was very good as were the Spa Treatments. The atmosphere, food & vibe of the Hotel was excellent; frustratingly our mains were missed & we had to wait over an hour though! Overall, it didn’t meet our expectations, but so easily could’ve if managed a little differently i.e with attention to detail. Could be an absolute gem…"

"Fantastic few days over a very HOT week .. and the mini fridge in the room was a blessing! But then, the Gray Manor Hotel has lots of little touches that just make your stay very, very enjoyable .. and the breakfasts (delicious!) - Ideally placed for the A303, free parking, and fabulous outdoor areas for a cold beer or to just wander .. trust me, this is a great place to stay!"
