Set on a motorway services type estate with plenty of parking, car charging and food drive throughs. Not picturesque, you cant walk out to a pub/village. Wouldnt have stayed if known about the setting. Very close to Stonehenge which is why most might stay here.

Friendly staff. Excellent food offering. Good location. A shame about my shower control falling apart and an extractor unit that looked as though it had seen better days. In the heat, the air conditioning in the room was excellent and very welcome. It would have been nice if it had operated throughout the hotel. I will be happy to stay there again

We were told by the lady at the front desk that we had a free dinner with our stay, but the restaurant in the hotel said we did not. However, we were charged for the stay with that amenity and it was never received. Therfore, we essentially paid for our dinner twice.

This hotel is SO nice we did a half boarding ( dinner and breakfast included). The food was wonderful. The room was nice , clean and very close to Stonehenge. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room wasn’t properly cleaned . There was garbage left in the bathroom garbage bin. The front desk staff apologized and put us in another room. The hotel was beautiful along with the area . The food/breakfast was very good.

Beds very comfortable and a good shower. Only concerns were the air conditioning units outside were noisy during the night and the kettle needed replacing as the cord was frayed.
