"The property is beautiful. Room was nice but dark with only 2 windows. Staff very pleasant. Expedia site incorrect on services. No made to order breakfast. The 1st 2 days was a buffet and I am vegan so I had toast, fruit and coffee then had plain rice or french fries for dinner. No tour services or info. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs, dogs barking and roosters crowing all times of day. The close proximity to mae klang waterfall made for a nice walk and great place to have lunch along...

"Very clean property with a nice comfortable bed and a good parking spot. Extra waters, coffee and even a razor set. Very peaceful and quiet. Accomodations are close to Doi Inthanon national park if driving or riding the Mae Hong Son loop."

"Loved our stay at the Chiang Mai Old Town hotel. Everything was perfect, from the amenities, the restaurant, the Spa, and the Service. Our room on the 2nd floor was lovely and comfortable, very spacious. Loved the free soft drinks and there was plenty of chilled water in the full-size fridge. Our room also entitled us to the free snacks and drinks in the Lounge. The Spa was excellent also - thank you to Therapists Aam and Aed! The hospitality and service was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Thank you to all staff, in particular Bam, Mali, and finally Kwan who was always friendly and helpful, making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended hotel. "
