"The hotel is in an excellent location, I needed the Philadelphia Convention Center and the subway nearby. The room was just average, nothing out of the ordinary, quite clean."

"I travel a lot, locally and farther away. This is the first time that I LITERALLY had to check myself in and MAKE MY ROOM key. Seriously, this could have been a link to an app that I could have filled out in advance (like in most medical offices). Same thing with check out. Had to check out on a tablet. I get it, reduce the number of people you need at a front desk, but a $200 a night hotel is NOT McDonalds or Red Roof Inn."
