"Not only was the space perfect, but the owners made it that much better. Across the street there is a creek that is so fun to play in. They have an outdoor cooking area that protects you from weather but is so much fun to cook on. The screen room is for games and the humming birds are so silly to watch. There is a fire pit outside and an abundance of nature. The outdoor shower is relaxing too. The beds are so comfy and you have everything you need inside that place. We will be coming back here,...

"We enjoyed our stay at the cabin--everything was very clean and well organized, with coffee and tea, all the utensils and pots one would need. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels. We especially enjoyed the fact that there was a fire pit--lovely for a warm evening. We were able to get back and forth to Colby College in 30 minutes and had dinner in Skowhegan."

Beautiful views, near trails (check out the falls near by), plenty of things to do while there, even for those who don’t ski! "Cabin is wonderfully renovated with modern conveniences while fully embracing the "get away from it all" theme. Property was super clean and easy communication with in-town property manager. Fantastic master bedroom and perfect kitchen and sitting area for meals, table games and just disconnecting from it all. Dock with adirondack chairs was peaceful. Loon Lake is perfect by itself, but the supplied 2 kayaks made it even better. Owner is fantastic. Hope to return soon. 5 stars!!"

"We stayed stayed there for three nights and skied at saddleback. Easy ride to the mountain, town and the grocery store. It was a cozy cabin with everything you needed. It had a great porch with a nice of view of the lake. Will be coming back."
