"The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only problems were on the exterior, where it appears we caught them in the middle of a landscaping project. The steps to the water need securing. Porch needs railing, etc. "

"We had a great stay at the Phillips Lake Lodge. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. The lake is very nice and swimmable. We also were catching a ton of fish off the dock. Although you can see the neighbors house, it still felt very private & secluded. We would definitely consider staying here again. "
