Secret Island Beach House. Waterfront, Hot Tub, Kayak, SUPs, Fire Pit, View!
10/10 Excellent
"It was a very lovely stay, we had a quiet “bachelorette” here and just enjoyed each others time and the water! It was beautiful views, we saw so many little creatures in the water (whales, seals, hermit crabs, starfish, etc.) and it was nice to get away from the noise of life and have a unplugged weekend away. We would highly recommend to any of our friends and family!"
"This place has an amazing view. It was so peaceful. I wish we could have stayed longer than the weekend. We saw eagles from the deck, they flew close and low. We watched seals swim by. House was cozy and comfortable. My husband and I had a great weekend."

"This property is beautiful. My family and I had a great time staying at the Bay Retreat. would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a peaceful weekend."
"This was the perfect place for our annual family gathering - right on the water with enough different spaces for kids and adults to gather and enjoy each others' company in small groups or all together. Loved watching the ferry as well as looking for the seal that visited regularly."
" Our stay was okay, though not super great. For starters theres always a long wait for the ferry. It holds like 8 cars maybe. The house was nice at first glance, but we definitely noticed pretty quick that things aren't that clean. I know the pillow cases in the downstairs bed weren't changed. Not only were they not changed, but they had big sweat stains, and other crusty stains ALL over them. These were surface stains. Not set in, washed stains. The upstairs bathroom had a crusty stiff towel on the counter. Things could use some updating and more attention. The house was pretty dusty and cobwebby. It just seemed like the very bare minimum gets done between guests. On top of that there were just a hundred minor inconveniences. Most places we stay are very well stocked with daily kitchen tools and entertainment. Off the top of my head, there were no scissors, no can opener, no coffee filters for that coffee maker(no store on island). No decent cutting board. Just a small plastic rectangle that belongs in the trash. There are no blinds or curtains downstairs in the living or dining room. We definitely felt on display to the neighbors all night. Safety wise, there are five ports for smoke detectors but not one smoke detector was there. Add on to that, the coffee maker we learned as we were leaving doesn't turn off automatically and the light on it doesn't work. You don't know if it's on or off. It was on overnight at one point. "
"Amazing, something for everyone in our family (4 adults, 4 teens, and a preteen) Magical sunsets, amazing wildlife experiences. Unexpected yet amazing mattress in a pull out couch, that has an air mattress topper for amazing comfort and the best view. Came during the Summer, but want to come back for storm season in the Winter now"
