"As other reviewers have stated, service was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The front desk person came out and helped me when my suitcase kept getting stuck on cobblestones out front. We had two rooms, views from both were amazing."

"We had a 3day stay in Heidelberg. The historical hotel was a few steps from the Holy Ghost Church and the Neckar River and Bridge in the historic section of Heidelberg. The room was very comfortable and clean. Great bed and shower. The staff and breakfast was great. Dinners in the restaurant were delicious authentic German meals. We definitely hope to be back. "
