Owners were so accommodating. All family members were trying to be of help as we kinda have hard time communicating. Will book again this property if I have at least more than 5 hours of layover. "

"The hotel is located within walking distance of West Lake, eateries, stores. Rooms are big, clean, and super cold. I believed the hotel just opened recently therefore there is still some strong fresh paint and cleaning agents’ smell. Beware, mosquitoes are everywhere despite hotel is actively trying to eradicate them."
"What an amazing hotel with beyond-excellent staff! They just opened a few months ago and the room is spotless. Wonderful breakfast spread and nice Thai food at the Thai restaurant for lunch or dinner (it is a Thai chain of hotels). The best part of the hotel is the most polite, accommodating, and friendly staff I have met! Do have a chat with concierge Nellie, she is super knowledgeable, speaks well and have the best customer service mindset any employer would be blessed to have.
Location wise, there is not much to see around the hotel, but you can catch a taxi or GRAB (Asian “Uber”) to Old Quarters or anywhere. Great views from the rooftop pool which unfortunately I did not have time to use.

Helped with navigating with the locals and any problems or questions I had. He seemed sincere and he helped me with my planning for my next day. I feel like he went over and above what I expected. "It’s nice because it’s new. And by new, I mean they remodeled an old hotel. It’s for sure the best option in Bac ninh. If I’m less busy I’d prefer to stay in Hanoi and endure the long commute. Breakfast here sucks. The bed isn’t comfy. But it’s newly remodeled and looks clean. Far better than other options in the area. No competition. Service is good but slow. But I guess all the staff are new and still learning. Good experience for Bac ninh, but I was hoping for more. "
