Perfect location for Cubs spring training

Great location, decent facility
Our biggest issue was cleanliness, both in the complex itself (admittedly outside the lister’s control) and in the condo (someone left a fossilized sausage patty in the microwave, and there were some moldy rib bones in the trash can). But the location was great, the price was good, the owner thought of everything we could possibly need … we’ve stayed in better places but this was okay.

Conveniently located
This condo is located directly across from Riverview Park which made it easy to get a good walk in everyday in the warm AZ sun. A kitchen with all the tools to make homemade meals to help us save money. TJ, the owner was very attentive to our needs and easy to get a hold of. So grateful for the full size bed in every room to get a lovely night's rest. I will definitely be back!

Quiet, great owner to work with
Very roomy and comfortable.Quiet area. Kitchen very accommodating with appliances and utensils to make anything. Bed was very comfortable and owner came over very quickly when we had a small issue and fixed quickly.Master bedroom carpet needs a little attention. Otherwise everything was great and close to grocery stores and Tempe Market and bb stadium was walking distance. We hope to stay again

Very central location
TJ was so accommodating and helpful. Easy to communicate with and very helpful. Our flight was delayed very late and he still waited up to meet us and leave us welcome shots. The location is walking distance to Sloan field and perfect for Spring Training but we were also only 10-15 min from Chase Field and the Airport. The condo was super clean and it was nice having a pool in the complex. We will definitely stay again!

I dare you to find a rental property closer to Sloan Park
Went for a few days for a guys trip to catch some Cubs Spring Training games. Property is a 5min walk to the park. You can not find a closer property. Plenty of room to spread out. Nice balcony. Quiet community.

The condo was very nice and comfortable it felt like home The pool are very clean. We couldn’t of asked for good weathe. The Cubs ballpark was fantastic. Went to two games. I would recommend this to anyone.

Clean and comfortable stay
Owner was accommodating, unit was clean with plenty of space for our family of 7. For an apartment complex, it was surprisingly quiet. We all slept great. Anything you need to cook is stocked in the kitchen. Would stay again.

Location, location, location
The property was perfect for our groups activities. Our nephew had a pre-season All American baseball camp at Sloan Park and nearby Red Mountain Complex. The unit was perfect as it had 3 bedrooms (one for us, one for his parents and one for him). It was close enough to walk if we wanted and within 20 minutes of other activities such as Oldtown Scottsdale for us to enjoy. This would be a great place to stay during spring training as it's within 20 minutes of at least 4 stadiums. The unit had plenty of towels and kitchen was equipped with items needed to prepare meals. The complex that the condo was in was quiet the entire time we were there. The location is also within 20 minutes of the Sky Harbor airport and Arizona State University. TJ and Maria responded to our text messages when we had a couple of minor questions and were great to work with. We'll definitely keep this place in mind should we travel back to Phoenix.

Great place, great location.
Nice and clean property. Very convenient location with lots of restaurants and stores close by. The condo was perfect for our stay, especially with 2 parents with walkers having the elevator was a plus! Great owner as well!

This condo was perfect for this family of Cubs fans! We were able to walk to Sloan whenever we wanted and got to avoid all the traffic backups after games. Plus, it is located within driving distance of so many places. The condo was very nice and the owner was so helpful and accommodating when planning and during our stay. Kitchen fully stocked with whatever dishes, pots, gadgets, etc that you may need. There were pool toys and board games to play with the kids and very comfy beds and towels. Thanks for a great stay!

Large condo with a great location!
We loved this condo! All the rooms were large and there was more than enough space for our group. Hosts were great and welcomed us at the condo and even had fresh eggs in the refrigerator for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Good property not too far from Sky Harbor Airport
We stayed at this property during our annual golf trip. The condo has a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms in good condition. The owner is very friendly and responds very quick to all questions we ask. We would stay here again.

Very conveniently located to Mesa and Temope market places.
Spacious 3 bedroom unit. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. We appreciated the thoughtful treats that were left from dessert cookies to a frozen pizza that came in especially handy one evening. Proximity to the Sloan park fantasy baseball pre spring training another plus. One regret was that the HOA chose this week to close both pools for spring cleaning. No fault of the owner but a bit disappointing...

Great stay in Mesa!
What a gem! This 3 bedroom two bath condo was ideal for our family's stay. First, TJ is a delight to work with. Our plans/dates kept changing, and he just patiently and graciously worked with me until it got settled on my end of the scheduling. The place itself is very spacious, well stocked, super comfortable, and just the ideal location. Everything you could possibly want to find from stores to restaurants to an awesome park to Sky Harbor Airport are all just minutes from this condo. I wish I was coming back for Spring training baseball, with Cubs practice facility a 5 minute walk away. Too many of us to stay at my in-laws whom we were visiting, but just a 15 min drive to their place from the condo. I could go on and on but - you get the idea. A wonderful find that exceeded our hopes for a relaxing stay in the valley. I will be looking this up again next Christmas/New Year's when we come visit family here.

The best vacation house I have ever stayed in

Best Vacation Ever
There was so much to do in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe and surrounding area that we ran out of time. And our condo was smack in the middle of everything. Easy access to major thoroughfares and events. And the condo was just as we expected...even better. The owner was so accommodating, he provided everything we could possibly need. We were pampered right down to the chilled glasses waiting for us in the freezer and the ultra plush bath towels and mats.

Great place, great location, great price.
Truly walking distance to the Cubs Sloan park. 6 minutes and you are there. 15 minutes from Sky Harbor airport. 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. New mattresses and pillows. Very close to the Highway 101 loop around Phoenix and 202 running east and west. Three nice size bedrooms and lots of closet space. Plenty of dishes, cups and silverware so you don't have to run the dishwasher two times a day. The silverware is not the usual stuff that seems to be stamped out of the fenders of an old 56 Ford pickup truck. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Parking spaces were close to the room and there were two of them so no searching for the guest parking. Put this one on your list!

Spacious and Comfortable!
The pictures on the website doesn't give this place justice. Overall very clean, nice size TVs with cable, and can easily entertain multiple people. The bedrooms are roomy with massive walk-in closets. The kitchen and the living room both accommodated our needs. Having a washer/dryer in the residence was convenient. Didn't get to make a Cubs game but the stadium was only 2 blocks away! TJ was always quick to answer our questions when we contacted him, even after our stay. This was a great experience for us. Absolutely a home away from home!
Our stay at the Cub Condo couldn't have been better. Our host, JT, was just wonderful and very responsive to any request. All the comforts of home made our stay the best The condo is clean, comfortable, and in great shape. Being able to walk to the Cubs spring training home is just fabulous. Super location all they way around.
