Historic Downtown Phoenix is a charming 1936 bungalow with original hardwood floors in downtown Phoenix about 5 min from PHX Airport. Centrally located within 10 min of all major freeways, restaurants, hiking, golf & more. Within 15-20 min of all major stadiums & arenas. The home features cozy bedrooms, fast WiFi, workspaces, a fireplace, 2 TV's and lots of windows for natural light. THE SPACE
This charming historic bungalow has been carefully loved since the 1930’s. It sits in an IDEAL central location within 10 minutes of the Phoenix airport, all major freeways, Diamondbacks games, Suns games and of course Downtown Phoenix. Surrounded by hiking trails, golfing, great restaurants and nightlife, there’s something for everyone. The front porch and spacious backyard with BBQ and fire-pit are both great places to hang out.

The home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests based on double occupancy in available beds (single occupancy in the twin beds). Must disclose accurate number of guests to host or appropriate bedding may not be provided. By default bedding is provided for 4 beds (1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins) unless more than 6 guests are registered for the stay. Accurate number of pets must also be disclosed.
Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the home, driveway, front yard and private fully fenced backyard.

1. OUTDOOR CAMERAS: 3 Exterior cameras are located on the property for security. They are streaming and recording. There are no interior cameras.

2. NOISE MONITORS: Noise monitors are located inside and outside of the home to ensure quiet hours of 10pm-9am are followed. These measure decibel levels only. No sound is transmitted or recorded.

3. THERMOSTAT: Phoenix experiences extreme heat. AC units are rated to keep homes 20-30 degrees cooler than outside temperatures. AC must stay between 69-85. An automated schedule is set. You will have override capabilities between 69-85.

4. PROPANE TANKS: The outdoor FIRE-PIT and BBQ are powered by propane. For safety, the propane tanks remain closed (off) when not in use.

In order to use the fire-pit, turn the knob on the propane tank to open it, then turn the knob on the fire-pit and push the lighter button to start the fire. Please turn both knobs to the off position when you’re done. Use at your own risk. Please reach out with any questions.

4. ADDITIONAL FEES: Additional fees may apply for luggage drop-off, concierge services, excessive cleaning, damages, pets and early/late check-in, etc.
