"Terrible service. They did not have any extra sheets, blankets, or pillows. My kids alept on the pull out sofa bed woth no sheets or pillows. The staff sais they would bring some on two different occasions, yet they never showed up. To top it off, the next day at the water park they didn't have any towels either. I will never go back again."

"There were places to eat but area was horrible, alot of homeless people, sketchy people, people talking to themselves on the corners. "

"Upon arrival we were told there was no longer a room for us because the ceiling fell in. The hotel did not attempt to contact us at any time. The staff member on duty basically told me that when he got to work no one had done anything about our situation and we were lucky he decided to act and got us a room down the street. We chose this hotel after much research for a 2 bedroom suite and it was replaced with a 2 bed in 1 room. This was unacceptable as was the supposed $50 discount at the new room. I messaged the hotel and asked for an immediate phone call. I received an email the next day from the manager of the hotel we were moved to not the hotel that never bothered to contact us. I do not recommnend this hotel. "

"The first room they gave me reeked of pot! Didn't the maids who cleaned the room notice that, after the pot heads had left, and take the room out of the rotation? They did give me a second room. Shower adjustment knob came off in my hands. Sink stopper not even connected, so couldn't pool water in the sink. Overall, room was acceptable for my needs and desire to not spend too much."

"I booked smoke free room but the whole building smell like smoke. Only one tiny trash can out of the whole apartment. Only 2 towels, 3 thin pillows for 4 people room. Dogs barking, people in and out after midnight. I would not recommend."

"It is under construction, noisy, dirty, the construction on the roof blows into the courtyard and pool. The pool was so incredibly dirty it was murky. I could not go in the pool for the filthy water and a dozen or more middle school children jumping horse playing splashing, while their adult chaperones smoked, drank beer and wine (in glass bottles) at the pool. Had food and alcohol from outside the facility and provided no supervision to the rambunctious young men in their care?? We were told the restaurant opened at 3:00 pm we went at 6:00 for dinner. There was one person serving, she was behind the bar with two customers. We were a party of 8. After 20 minutes we went to the bar to ask for service, she said she would be right there. After another 10-15 minutes we left. Super terrible experience all around, will never return, will make sure I never recommend. "

"Clean rooms, great staff, fun pools and hot tubs and water slide! Great food and drinks. "

"Stood in 105 degree temps for 30 min to check in. You walk up to a window as they are not using the lobby. I reserved queen beds. Got a king size bed, no dresser, no place to hang clothes, no chairs for table, no microwave and woke up to a bug crawling on the night stand. Not to mention the large amount of homeless people. "
