"We very much enjoyed our stay at Pullman Naithon Beach. It is in a beautiful setting and overall you feel you are in accommodation of top quality. The staff are friendly and always eager to make your stay a great one. Unfortunately the main restaurant used for breakfast was under renovation so breakfast was in the banquet room instead. I don’t remember reading this when I booked. I believe if a Main facility of a resort is closed you should be informed. The main pool is in need of renovation with hundreds if not thousands of tiles lifting. Doesn’t look good and possibly an injury risk. These two latter points aside it is a great resort and we would return again for a longer stay. "

"It was near the airport and we didn’t hear any planes flying by, very quiet. We also saw the resort while on our plan taking-off. Outside the resort seemed to be a lot of restaurant but we didn’t spend enough time to walk around to enjoy them. While I was there the water park was closed. The front desk said they should be open in October and it actually looked fun, as a 39 year old I would go. Breakfast was delicious, staff was wonderful, resort was clean, they had a shuttle running continuously, I actually enjoyed my stay. Well done Splash Beach resort, well done! "

"Lovely hotel in quieter location. Lots of food options and walking distance to local night market. Pool is definitely a highlight, as well as the commitment to reducing plastic waste.by providing glass bottles to refill at water coolers. "

"The slate is one of the best resorts in all of Phuket. We have been to many different places here and the Slate has it all. From Black Ginger to the cooking classes this place is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful resort with every amenity you could ask for! With this beauty and service comes a price tag that is expensive for Thailand standards but still somewhat affordable. The breakfast is a delight and the service is perfect from check in to servers and working staff everyone is top notch. Great place for families and couples alike."

"The room was beautiful and big for me and my family of 6. We were extremely early for the 3pm check in but they accommodated us rather quickly. We ordered a massage to the room, which was phenomenal. "

The staff throughout the resort were truly exceptional. They consistently went out of their way to accommodate us, always anticipating our needs with grace and warmth. The children’s staff made our son feel instantly at home, creating a magical and safe environment in the play area that he looked forward to each day. Each morning at breakfast, the staff recognized us immediately and brought over our usual drinks before we even asked. The attention to detail was remarkable. On several occasions, both the manager and the chef personally greeted us, checking in and offering well wishes—especially touching on our final day."
