"The room cleaning was terrible not enough toilet paper, the shampoo hair conditioner and body wash was empty. Did not restock water for coffee did not was cups or silverware. Not good!"

"This hotel has the perfect location for doing most things in Old Phuket Town. We stayed here for 2 nights. A couple of perks about this location is the safety, location and rooms. The rooms are outside access from the main lobby but you must use a key card to access room area. There are small snacks and drinks throughout the day in the lobby if needed. While the room we stayed in was a bit small, the rooms maintain power throughout the day (some hotels in Phuket require card insert to turn room power on) so if you need to have the AC on while you step out for a bit you can. Warning, the road in front of the hotel does close off during the Sunday Night Market (which is just a street over). So you may have to walk a block to request rideshares. Staff was fantastic and incredibly kind. They stayed outside the hotel to see us off as we left for the airport. If you don't mind the walk, Monkey Hill is nearby. Sunday Night Market and Mad Hog Tavern are also nearby and great experiences. While there is no formal resturant in the hotel, there is a bakery attached that has discounts for hotel guests. Would stay here again if we ever visited. "
