"The staff was very nice especially the doormans and bell boys. They were very helpful and attentive. The hotel was only a 2 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market and close to lots of restaurants include and Michelin guide pho restaurant. It was also walking distant to the mall. Hotel was clean. I didnt give it a 5 star because we booked 8 rooms total, 3 standard room without a window and 5 rooms with a window but we were only give 4 rooms with the window. We arrive early to the hotel at 8am, but only 1 room was ready at 2pm during our check in time and the rest of the rooms were not ready for another hour after our check in. "

"Affordable accommodation with supermarket and several dining options nearby. Property was clean and in good condition - had games room, pool table, foosball table and table tennis table for entertainment within the accommodation. Room service was good - staff were friendly and accommodated to requests even when late at night. Ordered room service once and the food was good - affordable and came in pretty decent portion. "

Perfect stay

"The room was spacious and clean, and they refreshed it every day. Laundry was very prompt and I needed it because I sweated through all my clothes! The gym is small but it worked for me and has an amazing view. The pool deck is great, but the pool itself is in shade in the afternoon. The staff was courteous and responsive. I went to the spa twice and it was amazing; affordable too! The breakfast was also wonderful every morning. I only ordered food from the bar once and it was ok. Other than that, perfect stay!"
