From the moment we booked, Nicola, Enrico, and Antonio went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident at every step — from booking, to check-in, to our entire time at the hotel.
The location is unbeatable — just steps away from Venice’s top attractions and surrounded by endless dining options. Our room was perfect: warm, cozy, and equipped with all the modern comforts we needed.
And the cherry on top? The delightful pastry shop just below the hotel — a daily treat we looked forward to!

"I liked the new construction and new facilities and gret breakfast. Staff was not as friendly as many American hotel staff. Small water bottle costs $5 , definitely a ripoff. No bellboy to help.with our large suitcases. No taxi or other transport from people mover station-- inconvenient for.us dragging ..."

Great location just 5 mins walk from the station
"Fabulous location, my room opened to the canal and that made it even more special. Rooms have very old style furnishings but that’s with most hotels in Venice. The room was very spacious and also had very high ceilings creating an added sense of space. Breakfast was just average"
