"The room was very clean. The staff were very courteous and quick to help with anything we needed. We were in a junior suite with canal views. It was a wonderful view with full balcony. The boat noise was only loud with the doors open and the room was very quiet overnight. Highly recommend and would choose this hotel again. "

"An amazing experience!! Our first time in Italy, Venice and the hotel were wonderful. I brought my fiancé to propose and the hotel helped out in several ways that made the trip an unforgettable experience. Rima at the front desk was amazing, was very friendly and gave so many helpful suggestions. In our opinion she deserves a promotion or a raise! "Gorgeous lounge & rooms! Formerly a monastery and it retains sone of the beautiful terrazzo floors & other features. The rooms have a harmonious blend of the feature from the original building with modern showers & tubs. The location next to the train station in superb!!!"
