"Relais without any kind of support to Visitors. Any reception or service available (they inform the reason: no information from Hotel.com about my reservation). In fact its not in regular operacional situation. After contact the owner by Phone and await 1 hour the atention was good."

"The location is fantastic. Just steps from the shopping and restaurants. The hotel is old fashioned and charming. The bathrooms are in need of an upgrade both fixtures and lighting. But it’s quirky ways also are the very thing that makes it charming. I would ask for a room furthest away from Via Nationale as that street can be loud at night. They have a nice breakfast each morning w an option to eat in the outdoor courtyard. Their sweet staff will bring you speciality coffees to enjoy!"

"We used this Hotel as a stop over for one night on our travels around Europe. We are British, they spoke perfect English and made us feel welcome. The rooms and en suits were large with a safe, hairdryer etc everything that top hotels offer. Reserved us a table at the best restaurant on the lake which was some of the best food and wine ever tasted. The breakfast was great at the hotel so all together one of our best stops. "Great rest stop on our way to Rome. There is no direct access to the lake (it's about a 2 km walk/drive from the hotel), but the hotel is clean and nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the free continental breakfast was wonderful! Great selection of pastries, and two very excellent coffee/cappuccino machines. Overall, a great place to rest, in a quiet, peaceful area."
