"Room was nice it was clean but there was an electrical issue that meant the emergency loghting kept flashing on all night which was in fairness VERY bright should there have been an emergency - its likely you would need retena repair surgery after its guided you to your safety That being said they did offer to change rooms however for the last 6 hours of being there it seemed a tad pointless but sadly for a nice hotel it did let it down a little Its super central and worth booking with friendly staff Its not cheap so im disappointed they didnt offer something like a complimentary breakfast for the issues but as i say - not the end of the world, although it did seem like it when the light came on"

"Great location. The best staff I have ever had and i do travel a lot! Beds are a bit small and rooms too. It is very big and finding your room can be a challenge at first."

"This is my regular choice of accommodation whenever I visit Helsinki. Although the price is somewhat on the higher side, I have always been satisfied with my stay. However, during my most recent visit, I experienced an issue where the hair dryer was not functioning properly. I look forward to staying with you again on my next visit."

"The breakfast selection was both interesting and tasty. Anne greeted us every morning with a smile and a cheerful spirit as well explaining the unfamiliar Finnish buffet items. Our room, while somewhat compact, was very comfortable."

"You cannot beat this hotel for location. It is a short walk from the main station. It is connected to the mall and subway stations and it is in the heart of Helsinki! Personally, I loved their breakfast. The freshness and organic nature of the food was much appreciated. The staff were incredible and you couldn't ask for better. However, the rooms are kind of small, amenities lacking and just basic overall. "

"The room was nice and comfortable, the staff were really helpful, and I also loved the automatic kiosk where it was possible to buy some light meals. But the best ting for me personally was that the room was really quiet. Every time I travel, I go for hotel where it says that the rooms are sound proofed, but there is still always some noise to be heard, either from neighboring rooms, from scraping of chairs or from the outside. Here, the only things I could here were a door closing from time to time. Apart from that it was totally quiet!"
