Private: large, beautiful terraced garden, 3'000 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, fireplace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 200 m long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access. 30 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 30 m on the premises. Shop 800 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia" 19 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 10 km.
