Erholsame Ferien

Es ist ein wunderbares grosses Haus. Alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden. Grosser Umschwung, mit schönem Pool, welcher 2mal in der Woche gereinigt wurde. Unser 2-jähriger Enkel hatte genügend Platz um draussen zu spielen. Leider hatten die Nachbaren einen agressiven, bellenden Schäferhund, welcher uns am anfang und gegen Ende, das draussen sitzen vermiss. Für uns waren die Nachbarn nicht lärmempfindlich. Die waren lauter als wir :-).

Das Haus selber war sehr geräumig. Der Pool war sehr trüb und wurde Das erste Mal nach 4Tagen vom Hausbesitrer Gereinigt. Der Parkplatz ist zwar groß, aber die Zufahrt ( Einfahrt) so eng das wir mit unserem Bulli fast nicht mehr rausbekommen sind.

Leider kalt und feucht

Unser Aufenthalt mit 2 Familien war grundsätzlich sehr schön. Jedoch hatten wir 9 Grad teils und ohne Heizung und nur mit Bettlaken leider viel zu kalt. Heizung darf angeblich im Oktober nicht angestellt werden. Zudem leider fast alle Schränke kaputt, sofa nur fur 2 Personen vorhanden. Sehr Schade. Schränke und

Wohlfühloase

Wir hatten sehr viel Platz zu acht, tolle Zimmer mit Balkon, bequeme Betten, schöne Gartenanlage, gepflegt, sauber und geräumig. Wir waren sehr glücklich. Ein tolles Haus in einem liebenswerten Ort.

Solide

Ein ganz normales Ferienhaus. Natürlich etwas teurer, weil direkt im Badeort. Sauberkeit okay (bei höheren Ansprüche: einfach feucht durchwischen, dann kann man auch barfuß laufen). Die Dusche oben ist für klobige Germanen recht klein und dort war der Wasserdruck auch reduziert (wohl wegen Rationierung in der Dürre). Die Zufahrt ist auf kleine italienische Autos ausgelegt. Aber mit Einweiser geht es. Alles funktioniert und dem Badeurlaub steht nichts entgegen!

Preis-Leistung Verhältnis unbefriedigend

Das Haus ist sehr alt, sowie das Inventar. Ihr dürft gerne mal alles erneuern. Sauberkeit war sehr mangelhaft. Klimaanlage wäre zu empfehlen einzubauen. Die Lage war jedoch gut.
