Lovely hotel with lovely, warm and welcoming staff. Nothing too much trouble. Conveniently located about 7 minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo and within easy reach of bus, tram and metro stops. Breakfasts offered a great variety of delicious options to suit all tastes and diets. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner one evening as well as a delicious cocktail. We will definitely return.

I was so disappointed with this hotel. It purports to be a 5 star hotel and I was certainly paying a rate commensurate with that but it simply isn’t of a high enough standard to deserve a 5 star rating. From staff arguing with each other in front of us to being denied entry to the bar because it was too busy; there simply isn’t enough room for me to list their faults here, which essentially come down to a lack of attention to detail and care but if the management want to write to me I will give them the full list.
