It's a very nice hotel: sleek, modern, clean and uncluttered design, comfortable and practical (though not luxurious) room. Staff limited but friendly and helpful. Located fairly distant and inconveniently from all the major tourist attractions, and at-hand taxi service is weak, but public bus service is accessible. Charming little alley of outdoor cafes located close nearby, pleasant eating/drinking/people-watching there in the evening.

Very good breakfast!

Booked due to its location near our family. Was a decent hotel, nothing fancy but cleans and comfortable as a few night stop over. Fantastic breakfast, they even had vegan cake which was an absolute surprise! The man who checked us in was very polite and helpful too.

Amazing stay in Rome

The room was very clean and spacious. Our room was cleaned every day and always pleasant to come back to after a full day of sightseeing. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great but a bit far from city center

It was great to find out there was a street full of cafes just behind the hotel. Staff were great all around and the room was ver spacious for a good price. Only downside is that is a bit far from the main sites you will want to visit but the bus stop is just across the street from the hotel.

The hotel is not a 4 star more 3 at a push breakfast substandard and in a basic room not even tea and coffee facility’s for the money you pay this should be standard we were on our honeymoon and was disappointed with the accommodation the staff were extremely up themselves with no manners at all. We will not be staying here again!

The room was large and bed was a King and comfortable. The water temperature control for the shower was a safety concern going from ice cold to scalding with no warning or touching the faucet. No ice machine anywhere. Had to ask at the restaurant. No USB jacks anywhere in the room which, for a 4 star is a basic amenity. Would not stay again at the price.

This hotel's "Family rooms" turned out to be in a semi-basement, conveniently omitted from the booking details. Not worth it. Also, expect fluctuating water temperatures, no iron, or coffee amenities in this supposed 4-star hotel. We booked last minute and regret it. Had positive experiences with the chain before, but strongly advise avoiding this location.

The hotel was well located near metro stop and local eating spots. The hotel reads 4 stars I give it more a 2.5 it's very simple and nothing out of the ordinary. The shower is not the greatest and to get to the lobby has no walkway. No A/C available when I went. When you turn on the unit no matter if you put hot or cold only hot air would come out so prepare to open windows and hope for a pleasable temperature.

Hotel molto grande di impostazione classica che ha qualche difetto e molti pregi. I PREGI sono: personale serio, disponibile, professionale; l'hotel è praticamente attaccato a piazza del Pigneto, famosa per la movida notturna; il check out incluso è sino alle 12; la scrivania comoda; il pavimento in parquet (mia stanza standard); la vista sulle ferrovie(mia stanza standard); minibar (pur a prezzi alti), piccola palestra (anche se molto basica più cardio che altro); climatizzazione centralizzata efficace e controllabile ma solo acceso/spento e velocità ventola (le finestre sono apribili per chi trova la stanza troppo fredda). DIFETTI: la mia stanza dava sulle ferrovie e le finestre non garantivano un isolamento acustico sufficiente a tagliare i rumori (niente di gravissimo, basta usare le cuffie noise cancelling o i tappi). Frigobar caro, niente acqua gratuita inclusa, luce dalle finestre al risveglio perché le persiane esterne sono state rimosse e vi sono solo delle tende scure dentro la stanza che però non sono sufficienti a fermare la luce.
