"For my needs it was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was dated and a little worn, but it was very clean. The shower worked great. No issues with hot water. The beds were worn-out, but clean. I had no issues sleeping during the day, the room was well insulated. The a/c worked great."

"This is a great property, perfect for our family with 4 boys . The half court basketball was their favorite. It’s spacious , and clean ,open layout of the kitchen to the dining area and the living room. My

"We loved staying here. It was relaxing and charming. We enjoyed being on a ranch away from the city but close enough to go in to town to go out to eat or grab groceries. Seeing the horses and cows up close was fun and the view was beautiful. Air conditioning was excellent even with 100 temps. Wonderful place to stay for us and our pup! "

"Our family and some friends were in town for our daughter’s wedding and this was the perfect place for us to stay. We were close to restaurants and shopping, only 15 minutes from the wedding venue, but out in the country where we could thoroughly watching enjoy the nearby farm animals. Charles was a great host, very responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We hope we have the opportunity to stay here again. "

"We booked this property for my sons wedding party because it was fairly close to the venue and offered enough sleeping for all. We also had the rehearsal dinner there with multiple family members. The living room space was perfect for setting up tables and kitchen is very large so great for entertaining.
