"Because I had a 6 AM flight, I asked for a 3 AM phone call so I could prepare at 4 AM for a 515 boarding. While I had my iPhone with me, I was hoping they would have the courtesy to wake me up as well. They did not, and they didn’t apologize."

"Our room was nice, a lot of room and felt like a little apartment with a kitchen and supplies for the kitchen which was nice and staff was great. Breakfast options were great the only thing was breakfast started at 730 and there wasn’t enough plates or food , now I can expect food to be replenished like a little bit into breakfast but out of food right when it was supposed to open and had to wait for more to be made was upsetting."
