"A wonderful stay, room was spotless with great facilities, and all the staff were fabulous."

"Staff, including housekeeping, were excellent. This is an older stately hotel with lots of charm and ambiance. There’s also a small chapel in the back lobby area. The room was clean and everything worked well. Good European breakfast, excellent coffee ! Easily walkable to most local sites. Bus and train stations are 5 minutes from the hotel."

The breakfast was nicely arranged. The staff where nice, helpful and pretty amazing! Be advised: Italians have a very special schedule of eating times and they freeze to death when it’s under 68°F, so restaurants may be closed and the A/C boils you to do death. "

"Check in was quick and easy and the host was very friendly. We took lift up to second floor. Room was very clean and comfortable. Buffest breakfast was very good, the service was perfect and the coffee was excellent. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the railway station and 7 or 8 minutes from tbe town centre. Highly recommended. "

"An older property but with modern amenities. Good breakfast and within walking distance of tourist highlights. Only complaint is the request for passport information in advance for which there was no need and no requirement."

"We were staying there at the end of September and the place shuts down for the off-season on October 15. Unsurprisingly, Le Palme didn’t put forth its best effort. The fitness center had broken machines and the staff was rarely where you needed them. The place is very dated and has noisy ACs, toilets, etc. "
