Top Pine and Hemlock Knoll Hotel Reviews
DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore
10/10 Excellent
"The room was great. Spacious and comfortable. No view though. Loved the bed pillows. I was also very happy that my room was cleaned everyday. Safe in the room was very nice for valuables. The room was clean but the grout on the bathroom floor needed a scrubbing. Also, the pool and spa were really nice, but also needed a cleaning. The pool deck and tiles were somewhat dirty. Overall, a really nice stay. Would come back."
"Travelled with my parents to take a quick trip to Salem. Loved that there was shopping right next door, also choice of restaurants nearby.
They weren’t thrilled with the breakfast options, as they are used to more of a continental buffet style, but it met our needs for our first day and we found the Friendly Toast nearby, which was a fun retro breakfast-brunch place.
It was clean, had fluffy towels, but hard to rate staff, as we hardly saw any. (They only clean after 3 nights) fine for us, we’re not pigs lol"
"Rooms were clean, the staff was professional, and the hotel is located right off Route 1/I-95. The breakfast was good, with the typical options of eggs, sausage, home fries, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, things like that. They also had juice, coffee, and tea.
They have a decent gym and indoor pool.
All in all, for the price and location I thought it was a great choice. I would stay there again. "
"Came up for Endicott College Graduation. The house was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. Lovely house extremely clean and well equipped. Easy check-in/check-out and great communication with Allie. Loved the “leave the chores to us and enjoy your stay” message wish I had started staying here at the start of College not the end! "
"Jan’s place was absolutely amazing, and Jan was an exceptional host! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. To our surprise, there were plenty of delicious desserts waiting for us! Jan was incredibly communicative, super responsive, and gave us great recommendations for food and activities for my family and me.
The home was beautiful, surrounded by peaceful and scenic views. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Salem was just 20 minutes away, and many other attractions were conveniently close. The space was spotless, spacious, and incredibly cozy. We will definitely be back in the future!
Thank you so much, Jan!"
