"Lovely, clean hotel with nice amenities and a great room. I had everything I needed plus plenty of space in my room with a king size bed, couch, desk, large screen tv, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer and nice Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. They hand out fresh chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. I also used the pool and hot tub (which was relaxing but not very hot). It is a large hotel and the walk to parking is a bit of a distance which was fine for me but might require extra time or assistance for some. I did not eat at the restaurants on premises but they did look clean and inviting."

"They had breakfast available which was super great! They had eggs, sausages, make your own oatmeal bar, make your own waffle stations, variety of juices, bagels & much more. The pool and hot tub were also very well maintained, I wish they would go around making sure other have picked up their items. Looked like many were leaving items behind. Overall it was great !"

"The first room we got smelt like wet dog rotten carpet and old smoke! The staff was very helpful she changed us to another room but that smelt just as bad smelt like old cigarette smoke with wet old carpet! We just stayed there anyways. The only thing good about the place was the staff. "

"Building is okay structurally and the space design is convenient and great. However, our room was just dirty, carpets have stains some from careless paint drips some colored and nasty from what i dont know, stained pullup old sofa bed, dirty sheets, greased counters that havent been wiped. It looks like they have long term tenants there and no budget on cleaning and replacing furniture. Vety dissapointing for the brand. Never going there again."
