"We enjoyed this house, our stay, and the Inlet Beach area more broadly. Home is located well, with convenient access to the beach. We found it helpful to rent an electric cart, though we needed to time our arrival to the beach each day to get parking.The home itself worked very well for us. Bedrooms and beds were good, though we would have preferred less firm pillows. We loved having a spacious upstairs den which all the kids on our family could hang out in. The kitchen is well designed with ample space for us to prep meals, and the grill outside worked well. Overall we felt the home was spacious and modern.Our top suggestion for improvement would be cleanliness on our arrival day. Specifically parts of the floor downstairs were sticky and unpleasant to walk on, such that we had to buy wipes and do our own cleaning . Also, in the garage was an overflowing kitchen sized trash bin filled with garbage and a disgusting liquid —all of which we had to empty into the big garbage bin for pickup the next morning. It Would have been nice if this had been taken care of and the trash bin rinsed out before we arrived. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! Close drive to the beach and restaurants. Far enough away from Pier Park so you don’t have to fight traffic. We found a spot at the beach where most days there were only a handful of people (less than a mile from cottage). We had no problems with check in and it was a very quiet area. We would definitely visit again!!! "

"We were a multi generational family birthday celebration. 14 adults and 1 child. Sleeping arrangements worked great. We cooked all our meals rather than fighting the restaurant crowds. It worked great ! My only "complaint" was the first dinner it started storming and the only place big enough for us all to gather was the outdoor pavilion. Thankfully the rest of the weather was beautiful but if we had had more rain, meals might have been a problem! The pool was huge! Tons of outdoor seating. Truly lovely! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Sea Mist Chic. The house looks like the pictures with the exception of the back yard in which they now have 4 lounge chairs and a large outdoor dining table, which was more feasible for our family. The kitchen was stocked with all you need to cook and plenty of dishes for all of us (group of 10). Loved the outdoor shower for coming in from the beach to the pool. We had a hiccup early on with a couple things, but the management company responded quickly and did their best to fix stuff. They were very responsive. Additionally, they were accommodating, friendly, polite, and answered questions about the area. There is a Publix a few blocks up and about 10 mins away from Pier Park with every store you need. You do need to cross 30A to walk to the beach which would be tricky without a car, but luckily we didn’t need to walk. A very nice public access beach with parking was a 6 minute drive. Good location – not on the beach but close enough. And only a few miles from Rosemary Beach town and Alys Beach town which are definitely worth a visit. Overall, we had a great stay! "
