"I can’t say enough good things about this idyllic boutique hotel! I returned a month ago and have been singing its praises ever since. Firstly, it’s gorgeous. The level of detail in the design and amenities shows a level of true hospitality that is hard to come by (especially coming from the US). The staff was lovely; Idalia at the front desk made sure to spend time with every guest each morning and she was always great conversation. She had wonderful dinner recommendations and didn’t hesitate to help in scheduling those and activities. I forget the name of the woman who made breakfast, but she was also lovely and her food was delicious. The owner, Marion, was a hospitality maven but also incredibly humble. It was the perfect, peaceful retreat. 10000/10 and am already looking to plan my trip back for 2027. I wouldn’t try any other hotel in the area."

"The host answered all my questions prior to arrival (I had quite a few) We were met and escorted to our room and the room looked exactly as pictured with a beautiful view. We had everything we could possibly need. It was also my 1st time staying at a VRBO. It was very close to the beach, about a 15 min or so walk to the restaurants in the middle of Orient Bay. It was easy to navigate. The walls were also pretty sound proof or everyone was exceptionally quiet. We would highly recommend !"

"My girlfriend and I had an amazing time for her birthday trip. The property was beautiful. The space was super clean and spacious. We rarely saw anyone else but everyday upon returning from our excursions, we would notice they would clean up and change the sheets and towels daily. Parking was super convenient right in front as well as the check in process. There was even an ashtray on the property for smoking in designated areas which I found useful lol. Lastly, Julie was an amazing host. She was very easy to reach via Whatsapp and a great problem solver despite never even running into her during our stay lol. My girlfriend says its 10 out of 10 and we'll surely be returning."

"Beautiful place! The host was great and very easy to communicate with. Everything was just as pictured. Quiet location if that's what your looking for. The neighbors next door had 3 small dogs that barked constantly. Not sure if they live there or not otherwise everything was wonderful!"

"Overall, the property was as described and met our expectations in terms of location, amenities, and layout. We enjoyed our stay and found the home comfortable.However, the cleanliness was not quite up to the standard we expected. Upon arrival, we found an opened bag of ice left in the freezer, an opened bag of peanuts in one of the kitchen cabinets, and a discarded takeout container left on the deck. There were also pool toys scattered throughout the property rather than being put away. None of these issues significantly impacted our stay, but they gave the impression that the property had not been thoroughly checked or cleaned between guests.One other item that prospective guests should be aware of is the steep and somewhat challenging staircase leading up to the property. While it was manageable for us, it may be difficult for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns. It would be helpful if the listing included more information and photos of the stairs so guests can better assess whether the property is a good fit for their needs.With a little more attention to detail from the cleaning team and greater transparency regarding the stairs, this would be an excellent rental experience."
Luxury studios with ocean view on Orient bay

"ProsThe unit was as described in the posting.View from balcony was great, looking right out at the Ocean and also able to monitor the children playing in the pool.Short drive to grocery and diningShower was great and lots of room on the bathroom vanity.Pool was great lots of chairs and cleaned dailyBeach chairs and cooler were great to have as renting chairs on the beach can be very expensive.Host was quick to respond to all my questions.Lots of parking at the bottom of the hill which wasn't to far from the unit.Market on site has all the essentialsPizza restaurant was open daily if you don't feel like cooking or going out.Orient Bay is a 15min walk down the beach or a 5min car ride so lots to do there but pretty ConsNo sharp knifes, and dishes were dirty on arrival. They had been cleaned but just not to our standards.Lots of cats and dogs roaming the property and twice during the week they decided to do their business in the corridor outside our unit. Doesn't appear to be anyone maintaining the property so the feces is just left there until someone decided to take matters into their own hands. Pull out ouch mattress is in need of replacement I could feel every spring. Adding a gel cover would help but honestly was difficult to sleep on.Overall I would recommend this studio as it has everything you need to relax. If your used to luxury accommodations you might want to keep looking"
