I spent 3 days and was amazing, the location was incredible, the room beautiful, air conditioned and elevator worked and was good, the only problem is that they gibe you chairs for the beach and then they force you to pay for umbrella, I would rather dont have anything but the sneaky way the umbrella people worked was not good. But to be honest I would go back to that hotel many many more times, it was as beautiful as it was on the pictures and more.

Massive property, severely understaffed and inefficient. Expect 45 min+ wait times for your car if parking ($80+ parking cost), long lines to check in and check out due to limited staff at front desk, debris on the floor in hallways that staff doesn’t bother picking up and absolutly ZERO personal touch.
As a frequent traveler to Miami I will not be returning to this property.
