"The hotel was nicely maintained. My only issue was that the beds are hard as a rock. The pillows are great. The bathroom door kept sticking, because they put too many coats of paint on it. It was updated nicely."

"You cannot beat the location of this hotel. It was so easy to explore Chicago on foot from this location, great restaurants are nearby. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly. Yes the rooms are a little tired and dated but overall are clean. Would definitely stay again as you can’t beat the location and price."

"There was no issues during our stay and the rules are very reasonable. One thing to note is the location of the home which steps away from Chinatown, and a couple of minutes away from downtown. The home is very secure and spacious. The bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms were very clean. There was hot water in both bathrooms. One thing to note is there are 3 flights of stairs so be prepared to carry luggage upstairs. Would highly recommended staying here."
