Rooms close to stairs and elevator are noisy. We had room 112. Heard everything from the hallways which was annoying at night. Room had a very strong disinfectant odor. "Fabulous stay! The property is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located just a short drive from both Piombino and Follonica. I highly recommend visiting both, especially if you’re looking to enjoy a beach day. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast was excellent as well. I also treated myself to a massage during my stay. While it wasn’t quite what I was looking for, I’d say this is more suited to a relaxing massage rather than a deep-tissue treatment. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place!"

Outdoor space is just enormous! On the downside only 2 charging points(2 cars) it’s need more."
