"I liked the stay but there are hidden fees. There was an extra $15 resort fee and they put $100 hood for extra expenses on my card. I would have liked to have known that up front. I probably would have stayed anyway, but might have planned differently if I had known. "

"No Bell staff. Everything closed early. We couldn’t get water at 10:00 pm except the vending machines. They charged 5.00 bottle on the credit card. Valet was very friendly. Desk staff not so much"

"Worst hotel experience ever. Cut my leg on something sharp protruding from the bed frame. Called the front desk, complete lack of concern not even an apology. Went to my free breakfast the next morning woman looks on a sheet and says I don't get the free breakfast. Have to go back upstairs and find my trip package to prove that I do indeed get the free breakfast. All hours of the night there were lots of very noisy people in the hallway. Terrible experience"
