"Great location! Clean condo. Waiting for elevators can get a little congested but it’s like that lots of places I’ve stayed, especially around checkout. Overall, I would stay at this place again"

"Didn’t know until we arrived that they charge an additional 15$ a day to park. The guards that walk around, completely ignored an argument between 3 different parents and a fight that happened in the indoor kids area. The water park is not Ada at all. My son who has some disabilities I won’t mention, was not able to do some things that we thought he would be able to. Also when the slides closed, my son started stimming, and one of the guards yelled at my son not knowing what was going on, which caused some issues. The place is nice, and a lot of fun, but we won’t be coming back due to the issues we had. Luckily we only stayed for 1 night. Would have stayed more if we enjoyed ourselves more but ended up staying at another resort for the following 4 days after checkout."

"The house was exactly how it was described. Clean and equipped for what we needed. Good spot and easy in and out. All texted were answered promptly. We very much enjoyed our stay and if we visit again we will definitely stay there again. Lazy river was the best and the Quarterdeck was excellent"

"Our stay started off a tad bit rocky. Our check in time was 3pm and we finally got our key at 4:45pm. A late check in, driving from CT with a 1 and 5 year old who were tired….. yikes!! Housekeeping could have done a little better of a job with the cleanings daily. When I arrived someones hair was in our shower but overall pretty good stay. Kids loved leaving our room and going to the beach or pool daily."

"Clean property. Plenty of linens provided which was very much appreciated for our group of 7. Limo golf cart was perfect since we have a lap rider still. House fit us all perfectly! The fans around the house are great, not that it was hot in the house, but we all are fan sleepers and we had enough for all rooms. Aside from paper products the house has everything you need. Also- easiest check out from any VRBO, as far as preparing the house to leave. Would definitely stay again!"
