Very convenient.Shame that there was only a coffee machine in the room. Would have preferred a kettle so i could have a cup of tea in the morning.

Very clean, food was great and good location

Great staff, best location, close to metro and train station, great restaurants and pubs. Walking distance to Hyde Park.

The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.

We absolutely loved 1 Hotel Mayfair. The location is located near where all the most exciting festivities take place in London and is just steps from the Underground to travel in all directions. The staff is attentive, professional and courteous. The room is classy and spotless. I plan to return to 1 Hotel Mayfair for my next trip to London.
