"Excellent for a small family!"

"This was a wonderful small intimate hotel. We received a lovely warm welcome. The location is superb only 3 minutes from the leaning tower and also a beautiful square. The hotel kindly offered us breakfast to take away which was delicious fresh coffee and divine croissants. Our room was large and luxurious. I would definitely make this my hotel of choice when visiting Pisa. Superb. "

"Bed was very comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen - it sparkled! Ideally placed near to Leaning Tower and railway station a 20 minutes walk. A coffee shop is literally 10 feet from the front door. Numerous good quality eateries in the immediate vicinity. The couple who manage the rooms are very friendly and helpful. Great location for anyone with mobility issues, everything you may need is very close. "

"We had a difficult time locating this- probably because of my GPS but then it’s a split building and the other half is vacant or being remodeled so we thought this was a scam. But it was legit. Fabio and his wife were very friendly! Gave us a map and directions and a coupon for a bar next to the tower where we had a beautiful breakfast. You can see the tower from the apartment. Which was large and modern. There is a very tight spiral staircase that you have to climb to get to the apartment. But...

"Stayed for 3 nights for a local conference (CNR). I have limited Italian, but the staff were wonderful; very helpful and kind. breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced, and the room was clean and functional, and CNR was easily walkable (about 15 minutes gentle walk). There was a local supermarket within walking distance, as well as local restaurants. Very happy with my stay."

"We stayed in Pisa in October for 1 night and thought the accommodation was ok but unfortunately a floating side table fell off the wall in the middle of the night and landed on my hand bag and my phone was smashed beyond repair. After a discussion with the owner who said she’d pay for damages has ignored all emails etc for any form of reimbursement so I am Financially out of pocket and Even worse all my data and photos were lost with the phone. "Central location, large room, free tea and coffee facilities. The only problem is that the sound travels across walls and the corridor. You have to hope for quiet fellow guests. Would definitely return."

"Výborné místo. K věži to je 20 min pěsky, na nádraží 3 min. Přátelský personál, který ale nemluví anglicky. Všude špína. Na pokojích neutřený prach. Za tři dny nebyly uklizeny společné prostory. Wc a koupelny. Za ty peníze se dá pořídit i lepší ubytovani, kde to bude sice dál k památkám, ale všude se dá dojet autobusem za 1,5eur..."

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...
