"I booked the accommodation through Orbitz. After taking payment, I received an email stating that there was no receptionist and we would have to gain entry using emailed codes etc. This should be declared up front, not after payment has been received. We saw a helpful member of staff on the day we were entering. On checkout, nobody was around and I did not know whether my codes would work while storing bags. Someone picked up the phone eventually and the codes did continue to work for the rest...
