"Home needs some better up keep. We noticed black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, many utility plugs needed to be fixed. We found the beds to be uncomfortable and would be a good point of improvement. The room was spacious and the host communicated well and was timely. The instructions they provided to check in were easy to understand and follow. The host recommended some restaurants in the area and these were both helpful and delicious. "Very good communication, very helpful and friendly hosts,everything was available in the apartment,very good connection to the city and main rail station, bus stops 13 and 14 were a few minutes away from the apartment, also a supermarket. "My room was clean but compact. The shower had good water pressure but the drain was slow so there was excess standing water while taking a shower. The breakfast options were below expectations. There was no coffee available before 7am. The beading was thin and no extra blankets. Parking was extremely poor and difficult to find"

"I really liked this hotel. It’s near a bus stop and near a railway station (San Rossore). It’s just outside the city walls, with useful amenities (small supermarket, McDs, cafes) right outside. It felt really secure because you either need to buzz or use a key to get in. In less than a minute of leaving the hotel you walk through the gate of the city walls and are at the Piazza dei Miracoli complex. My room was smallish but lovely, with a side window that you could see the roof of the basilica from! As someone who nearly always ends up with a view of a car park this was so nice! Staff were lovely, looking after my bags when I arrived early and helping me with airport transfer info. Would definitely stay again."

"Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre. Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!! Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service. As we were leaving early a takeaway breakfast was supplied , which was great."
