This apartment is located in one of its most beautiful cities, Pisa, World Heritage Site, a prestigious University dating back to the 12th century and rich in history.

At walking distance from the Piazza dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles at 450 mt) and the National Museum of San Matteo, exhibiting sculptures and paintings from the 12th to the 15th century, this accommodation of 80 sqm is situated on the ground floor of a former 17th century monastery.
Typical with its terracotta tile flooring and beautiful ceilings, some of the furniture in this flat is originally from the beginning of 1900. The entrance is through a very unique wooden arch door. Inside there is a bright double bedroom with a red brick vaulted ceiling and a single divan bed. In front of the bedroom there is a beautifully painted glass door. Another bedroom has twin beds, which can be joined to form a double bed, and a wooden beam ceiling. The living room has a kitchen corner with a 2 ring gas hub, a microwave oven and a fridge, as well as a TV. The bathroom is with shower. A walk around this medieval part of town is a discovery of history and little typical shops and restaurants (just nearby).

Great location for Tower of Pisa

This location could not have been better for us. First, no stairs this is ground floor and access from parking is literally 10 steps. Second the permitted parking was worth every cent, again steps from front door. The property also featured a washer that was put to use during our 4 days. Dining and stores are all close by and the Tower is like 4 blocks away. Only thing that would have made our July stay (94.0 Degrees Fahrenheit 34.5 degrees Celsius) better would have been air conditioning or in the least some fans.

Ideally located in the center of Pisa

Nice little, old-fashioned apartment, very close to the Tower of Pisa. Ideal to explore Pisa on foot. Just be aware that the place, especially the bathroom, is rather small.

Sehr charmantes Quartier!

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit dem Vorteil, um Mitternacht zum wunderbaren Turm gehen zu können! Das WiFi war leider viel zu schwach, für fünf Personen heute nicht mehr zumutbar. Auch dass das Foto, mit de geworben wird, zu einem nicht benutzbaren Hof gehört, schmerzte. Aber die Wohnung ist trotzdem sehr charmant und eine Empfehlung wert.

Perfect apartment, perfect location

Just returned from 2 weeks in Tuscany. One week was spent in this delightful and comfortable apartment. It is centrally located just 5 minutes from the gorgeous Leaning Tower and surrounding plaza. It's walking distance to the train station but if you're pulling luggage you may want a cab. The rooms are comfortable and spacious; the kitchen is comfortable and well equipped. We cooked a few meals there but restaurants are only steps away and all quite good. A short walk away is wonderful shopping, beautiful architecture and sights not to be missed. I can't recommend this highly enough. We loved the atmosphere and the lively surroundings. We give it two thumbs up!!

Sehr schöne große Wohnung für Ausflüge in und um Pisa.

Der Empfang war gut organisiert und sehr nett. Es wurde über alles wichtige, notwendige und nützliche gesprochen. Die Lage ist top: 5 Gehminuten zum Turm, 7 Gehminuten zum Bus, direkt im Zentrum gelegen und 20 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof. Die Wohnung ist umfangreich ausgestattet und sehr authentisch eingerichtet. Einzige Abstriche sind die Hellhörigkeit der etwas dunklen Wohnung und die nicht ganz so saubere Dusche. Halt italienisch. Eine klare Empfehlung. Wir würden sie wieder wählen.

The property is spacious and comfortable.

It is centrally located in Pisa, an easy walk to the Tower and the Church and the other sites nearby, as well as the Arno river. Shopping is nearby and abundant, and the options for dining are virtually unlimited, with some outstanding pasta and pizza places to fit any budget. The accommodations were fine, but noisy (street noise from cycles and trucks, and church bells that ring loudly at regular intervals, but hey, this is Italy!). The only suggestion for improvement that I have is that since the apartment can get very hot, a couple of moveable fans would be a great help in keeping the kitchen and one of the bedrooms cooler. While we were in the unit a new refrigerator was installed, which was a relief since nothing stayed cold in the old one. Management is very attentive, and our arrival and departure were easy. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is perfectly situated near the tower, downtown and a 15 minute walk to the train station. It was very pretty with all the conveniences. Although the street is pedestrian traffic only is is frequently used by scooters. Between the scooters and the pedestrian traffic it is very noisy at night. The owners were wonderfully helpful and gracious. Overall, we had a really wonderful stay.
