"The room is very clean and updated but what I remembered the most is the front desk service. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and friendly. Dining choice is limited, however."

"The hotel and staff were great. But if you're staying there as a convenience to the airport, be prepared to take the hotel shuttle 2.5 hours before your flight. The hotel shuttle does not drop off at terminals, so you have to take a shuttle, the AirTrain and then another shuttle to the terminals. We left 2 hours prior to our flight and almost missed it. So plan accordingly. "

"The hotel has a traditional or classic atmosphere. The staff is nice. My 3 starts is because it was a little outdated and the parking lot was scary, dirty, old and urgently needs a renovation"
