"Such a great time and perfect location! Hosts were very responsive and it was perfect for my partners 53rd birthday. We have older children and we had ample space, we loved making memories at the beach and on the dunes. Thank you so much for the hospitality!"

"Everything with the reservation and entry into the house went very smoothly. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, eating and cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. Loved the location to the beach, stores and restaurants. It was a surprise to discover an additional toilet in the shed with the washer and dryer. It was very convenient when you are in the large back yard. The note on the back door was helpful regarding the trash day and instructions. I would stay there again."

"We had a wonderful vacation at Moe and Joy’s house. The house was just steps from the beach and we enjoyed walking over and having bonfires and watching all the cars drive back-and-forth and get stuck! The beach is beautiful with fluffy, soft sand. The house had plenty of space for all of us with many decks and fire pits and places to enjoy the view. We loved the kitchen and cooked many delicious meals there. We also were happy that we had access to the two car garage to store our bikes. The house is in an excellent location close to all the action but also very quiet. Thanks again, Moe and Joy."

"Property was well stocked and clean. While the surrounding area is not the nicest, it was quiet and we did not have any issues. We also liked the proximity to the beach and dunes. Downstairs toilet ran constantly, day and night. TV remote did not work, but we figured out how to use the TV without it. Garage door was left unlocked, and did not latch unless locked, which we did not know how to do. Beds are quiet firm, which may be someone's preference, but not mine. Communication was not needed during our stay, but I also did not receive a response when communicating the above issues after check out. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"We were a group of 20—grandparents, parents, and grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 67—and these units were perfect for our family vacation. They were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The units were fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchens were well stocked with cookware, dishes, and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for a large group. We especially enjoyed the gas grills and fire pits, which became evening gathering spots.Parking was plentiful, although we occasionally had to shuffle vehicles to get one out. The game room garages were a huge hit with the kids whenever we weren't out exploring.Our hosts were excellent communicators, responding promptly throughout our stay.The nearest beach access is about 1.5 miles away, but it's an easy drive.The units are on or near a busy main road, so there is noticeable traffic noise. It wasn't a deal-breaker for us, but those seeking a very quiet setting should be aware.While these are premium rentals, we felt they were well worth the investment. The spacious accommodations, amenities, and overall experience made them an excellent value for our large family gathering.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend these units to large families or groups."
