The staff were very attentive and kind.

"Very nice authentic location of years of grandeur, not very modernized or renovated. And that's what this atmosphere makes it like you feel part of a noble history.
Very good food with dinner and breakfast in a splendid setting (in the garden because of the nice weather). We enjoyed it very much."

"We arrived on a rainy foggy day for one night. Check in was easy & straightforward. The location is terrific and our room had a beautiful view (when its not so foggy!) The Gigi bar was very helpful. Loved the room and the decor- wish we could have stayed longer."

"What an amazing place to spend a couple of summer weeks! A well-equipped villa with a wonderful open-plan living area, big garden, large pool and a view that takes your breath away. We could easily walk downhill to the village but be prepared for an uphill return. Communication with the owner was excellent and all questions were answered promptly and fully. Even at the busiest time of year, the area around Ranco is not overcrowded, with plenty to do and easy boat access to the busier areas of the lake for those who want it. We will be back! "
"In a beautiful area super close to lake maggirore, a short bus ride away from stresa where you can catch a ferry to isola madre, isola bella and isola pescatori. Mauro was lovely and a great host!! The breakfast was delicious with a large variety. Tutto benne!!"
