Staff was friendly and helpful!
Coffee maker in room but no coffee;(prefer tea) shower has a half wall as door and water goes all over the floor. Had to get extra towels to soak it up every shower.
Location very convenient. Workout equipment adequate

A nice room in the heart of LV. Walkable to the main attractions on the Strip. The only thing I don't like is the check-in process. They have self-check-in machines, but did not really work so we have to wait in the long queue to check in, which could have been made simpler and more efficient.

The drapes was broken in our room. I found the broken parts in the drawer right next to the bed. The remote control of the drapes seemed not working properly.
I enjoy the heated pool very much. However, the hour (9am-4pm) seems to be too short. The large tube in the room is big enough for 2 people and it is great.

We'd never had been to Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino before, but it was really a nice change. Great Casino area, a wonderful entertainment venue/.theatre (we saw John Fogerty there), very clean rooms, friendly staff. We'll be back for sure!
