"I booked this hotel because it was easy to navigate to get to my appoinents in Pittsburgh. I booked the room for three nights- - when checking in, I was offered two adjacent rooms as opposed to the “suite” I booked. When entering the rooms, the floor was filthy with both dirt and candy wrappers/garbage. ..."
