"Excellent hotel and staff, in a great location. I’ve stayed at The Grace several times over the years and wouldn’t consider anywhere else in Sydney. My only comments are that the mattress was too soft and hard on my back. I don’t usually get back issues. Would also be nice to have a couch, as there’s plenty of room, and a second dining chair. "

"We got cheap rates (46%off) which made it reasonable but wouldn’t pay full price. It’s clean but a bit tired and aging. The bed was leaning and tilting on one side. Good enough for short stays for sure "

"This hotel is a true 5 star… the service was excellent. The Buffett breakfast was delicious, loved the he French pressed coffee and to go cups available. The restaurant inside th hotel was delicious too. I only have one complaint and it’s not the hotels fault. There is a restaurant / bar down below that rocks til almost midnight every night. If I was them I would go the city and get a 10pm limit on it. For the comfort of your guests who come to sightsee and walk 20k a day and all they want to do is sleep. "

"Slight issue with a leaky shower but staff were super helpful and friendly. Nice and clean. Great location for our purposes as it’s incredibly close to Central station. Definitely will stick with this option over staying nearby Olympic park for future concerts."

"Stayed for one night only. Really nice view of the Circular Quay area and our room was towards both Harbour Bridge as well as the Sydney Opera house. Excellent room always high quality at Shangri-La however some signs of wear and tear on furniture and fixtures but understandable "
