Maya Beach Hotel
We had a very nice stay in the Manatee room, which was very spacious and well appointed; the room was much nicer in person than shown in the online pictures - a nice treat. Placencia Resort
Do not stay at this hotel. The resort is nice, but they double-charged for my room. I paid Expedia for the room, but the resort charged me again. Both the resort and Expedia are refusing to issue a refund. If you want to risk theft, this is the place to stay.
