Tie your boat right outside your door - up to 24 ft boats are welcome! Inside, you'll find stunning water views from nearly every room, vaulted ceilings, open living spaces, and dual kitchens that make entertaining easy. Separate entrances for the first and second stories provide flexibility for families or friends traveling together. Accomodations for 6 guests comes standard and up to 8 guests for additional fee.
Amenities include air conditioning, propane BBQ grill, washer and dryer, linens, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker Keurig and auto drip, blender, and full set of dishes and utensils

Pets are welcome with owner approval; a non-refundable pet fee per pet applies (breed and size restrictions may apply). A $500 refundable security deposit is required. Applicable charges include 12% tax, cleaning, and reservation fees, along with a 3% credit card processing fee (waived for check payments). Accessible only by boat or ferry, the island offers a peaceful setting far removed from the crowds. Little Gasparilla is a bridgeless barrier island, so you will need your own boat or arrange the water taxi/ferry service to come and go. Days here are spent wandering along miles of unspoiled shoreline collecting seashells, enjoying the gentle Gulf breeze, or casting a line in some of Southwest Florida's best fishing waters.
