Boca Vista Harbor is a waterfront community. Wonderful views of Gasparilla Sound, the ICW and Boca Grande, Florida. The property offers a large, heated swimming pool, hot tub, gas grills, kayak launch and tennis court. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the fourth floor with views of Gasparilla Sound. The Master bedroom has a King bed; the Guest bedrooms have a Queen bed in each room. The condo is nonsmoking, sleeps 6, and does not allow pets.
