The Ultimate Beach Housegolf cart available for an additrional fee. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath GULF FRONT home sleeps up to 5 people and is pet friendly (additional pet fee of $150) . Complete with hardwood floors and windows all around the main living area, You won't miss a single breathtaking sunset! It has an open floor plan, and is in a gated community of only 8 other homes, so it allows for privacy and a secluded beach. There are also the amenities of a pool and tennis courts! Leave your cozy community and head down to the resort for a great dinner - relax/dinner/repeat! You won't want to leave once you experience this type of island life!
Looking to stay for a long weekend? 3 and 4 night rentals are available at a slightly higher rate.

Accommodates 5 guests maximum.

Four Stars for our second stay!
We love this island & this is the second time we have stayed at this house. The house is lovely and the location on the beach with the bay behind is absolutely idyllic! The Tarpon staff were so fabulous to work with and made rescheduling this trip (due to COVID) seamless! The house was very clean and well-stocked. The only thing keeping us from a five star rating is that the living room furniture is very uncomfortable. That one change would make us regulars! Thank you for a great stay.

Great location. House needs upkeep. Gas grill grossly dirty and not usable. Needs replacement light bulbs and batteries for flashlights. Bath hooks falling out of walls. Screens missing from some windows. Broken switches in lamps. Rusty shower caddy. Storm damage from 12.20 not fixed before or during our stay that started two days later. TVs do not work. Soffits ripped off.

Awesome location but the rental house is run down
Great location. Very peaceful and relaxing beach. We have rented several vacation homes and never complained about them. This home had SO many items that did not work, it was almost shocking. The fridge was on its last leg. Two of the door shelves were broken entirely off. A note on the door threatened that "if you overload it and break it, you will be charged for repairs". The toaster did not work. The microwave was rusted out and we were afraid to turn it on. The start button fell off of the washing machine. The washer/dryer were stacked up in a rigged fashion. So, the washing machine worked its way out of the closet and could not be pushed back into the closet. So, the closet door could not be closed w/o having it come off of its track. The blinds to the BEAUTIFUL beach did not work. The windows with a view to the beach were permanently dirty. The sofas in the family room were horribly uncomfortable. The shower controls in both showers were not working. One of the toilets had a sign that said that it might not work properly and that we would be charged it there was a problem. There were only two wash cloths in the house. It was disappointing.

We had a great time and the property manager was great! We had the beach to ourselves, tennis court steps away, great little boat dock behind the house with access to intercoastal minutes away (no T-tops, fixed bridges).
