The Landings at Coral Creek is an exceptional, gated community located in SW Florida. As you pull into the complex you are greeted by the lush tropical landscape and palm lined streets. You are surrounded by the beautiful flora and fauna, wildlife filled ponds and resort like amenities. This tri level unity is exceptionally well appointed with coastal decor and lovely water views. The private elevator makes accessing all 3 floors easy to do. Both the owner's suite and additional 3rd floor bedroom have en-suite baths. The 2nd floor office can be converted to a sleeping area. There is a pull-out couch for convenience. Take a stroll around the gorgeous complex, relax by the resort style pool. Feeling active? There is a fitness room to help keep you in tip top shape. Local beaches are close by. Numerous golf courses will keep you hitting par. Make this THE PLACE you escape from those chilly long winters.
